Objectives and scope of the job

  • Prepare assets, liabilities, and account records, analyzing account information as required by the Finance Manager
  • SAP software controlling
  • Prepare other accounting activities related to operational needs

Tasks / Activities

  • Check, compare, reconcile accounting data of all departments to ensure consistency between detailed and general accounting data

  • Check the itemization, compare the Balance Sheet reports so that the figures are calculated correctly and match the statement stated

  • Record accounting entries such as income, expenses, depreciation, fixed assets, liabilities, other operations, VAT, etc.

  • Tax reports (VAT, CIT and others) monthly, yearly.

  • Prepare, entry payment in banking systems to suppliers, employees,…

  • Provide, explain data and supporting documents to tax authorities, auditors upon request.

  • Statistics and synthesizing accounting data when required.

  • Other ad-hoc requests and reports as assigned

Responsibility

  • Timely monthly closings, VAS conformity
  • Tax reports on time according to Vietnamese tax regulations
  • Follow at any time the Corporate Competence Rule

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance
  • Chief Accountant certificate
  • At least 4 years of experiencein Finance & Accounting in manufacturing companies
  • Good command in English (must)
  • Management/ Leadership skill
  • Experienced in SAP (must)
