Oversee Hoiana resort overall activations supporting Casino, Hospitality, F&B, Golf, Retail and Real Estate
Strategic planning on all activations programs that would drive business objectives
Execute all activations based on Hoiana standards, marketing roadmap and continue to drive high engagement in on-ground events
Serve as a key lead on any events; support the development and adoption of best practices, training, and high standards of excellence across all events
Managing events and addressing potential problems that may arise
Ensure all events delivered are on budget, on time with positive results
Manage post-event reporting, analysis and recommendations for future optimisation
Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors
Maintaining a working knowledge of the complex needs of a wide variety of events
Make sure that staff and work personnel at the event adhere to the management policies that were put in place to minimize hiccups during the course of the event
Identify, analyze, measure, and achieve KPI targets for customer engagement and impact, ensuring they bring value to meet company objectives, including industry trends and risks

Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in events development, and activations environment
In-depth knowledge of our customer base, demographics and psychographics of key target segments
Strong leadership track record, proficiency in both the people management and relationship building
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
Professionally perform multiple, detail-oriented tasks with simultaneous deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or a related discipline
Team player and collaborative in nature
8 years of public relations, marketing, advertising or activation agency or related experience
