Overall

Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the store manager in the daily business operations. Responsibilities include recruiting, training staff, managing inventory, ensuring a safe, clean and aesthetically pleasing store environment, able to promptly address and resolve customer complaints or any staff issues.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the store manager in all areas of daily business operations, human resources, customer service and store profitability.
  • Coordinating, monitoring and reporting on daily operations.
  • Recruiting, training and supervising employees.
  • Managing employee schedules, conducting performance reviews and enforcing disciplinary actions.
  • Monitoring and maintaining suitable store inventory levels
  • Assisting with the store development plan, ensure quality of services throughly
  • Ensuring the store environment complies with health and safety regulations, food safety standards.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized and pleasure environment to customer and employees
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring all store policies and procedures are followed.
  • Report to the Store Manager and board of management team on time

  • Đảm bảo môi trường cửa hàng tuân thủ các quy định về an toàn sức khỏe, tiêu chuẩn an toàn thực phẩm.
  • Duy trì một môi trường sạch sẽ, ngăn nắp và mang lại niềm vui cho khách hàng và nhân viên
  • Giải quyết kịp thời các khiếu nại, thắc mắc của khách hàng.
  • Đảm bảo tất cả các chính sách và thủ tục của cửa hàng được tuân thủ.
  • Báo cáo kịp thời cho Cửa hàng trưởng và ban quản lý.
