Description de l’emploi

  • Monitor consumer insights, market research, and competitor understanding to use as input for market benchmark, positioning and ensure potential of target market.
  • Brainstorm with Senior Marketing Executive to evaluate the category potential and new products launching plan.
  • Contribute to distributor’s planning and implement of Event & Activation, Promotion Plan, Advertising, Social Media, Content and Design.
  • Optimize the execution of campaigns across online and offline channels at best performance.
  • Reinforce the relationship with customer to acquire valuable information and to hold best collaboration.
  • Balance distributor’s requirement with our marketing strategy.
  • Monitor all marketing A&P budget.
  • Review the result and set tactics to solve the issue with the aim of reaching the target.
  • Provide post-event report, marketing activity tracking report, insights on the effectiveness spending/plan of each activity.
  • Work well with cross-functional departments to ensure product productions meeting timeline.
  • Assist with preparation of presentations and reports as needed.
  • Be responsible for payments/proposal submitted to the related departments following the timeline and the company policy.
  • Become a Brand Ambassador and abe to present company and products.
  • Any other job functions/projects assigned by Senior Marketing Executive.

Working conditions:

  • Workplace: 08 Phan Dinh Giot, Ward 2, Tan Binh dist., HCMC.
  • Working hour: 08:00 - 18:00(Monday - Friday)

Exigences de l’emploi

  • Bachelors Degree or above.
  • Good English communication.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing.
  • Experience in brand management including the development and execution.
  • Ability to adapt to change and to operate effectively in time constrained and multiple priorities situation.
  • Strong analytical, decision making, influence, communication & presentation skills.
  • Pro-active and passion to brand marketing.
  • Teamwork capabilities.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Willing for frequent business travel.
