Description de l’emploi

Lead relevant sales members and cooperate with other departments to execute sales effectiveness / efficiency & development programs and activities mainly related to budget management/ policy/ process/procedure/system/cooperation/performance/reporting:

1. Manage the effectiveness of sales budget using.

2. Enhance Workflow Effectiveness to facilitate a clear, transparent, cooperative, and effective working environment for Sales team.

- Standardize and drive implementation of sales team on policies, process & procedure.

- Develop Sales toolkits.

- Issue workflow, org chart, key roles & responsibilities.

- Manage effectiveness of salespeople cycle from in till out.

- Protocol Salesman, SS, key tasks…

- Develop & Manage communication on Telegram / Zalo group…

- Cooperate with HR to build Sales Culture & Engagement.

3. Sales Team performance management

- Design & Allocate Sales team KPIs.

- Analysis Sales team KPIs’ performance to generate recommendations to the sales management teams to develop and improve the performance of sales teams.

4. Incentive/award/recognition scheme management:

- Support with the definition, implementation & monitoring, and reporting of incentive schemes as well as awards and recognition programs for field teams.

- Develop reporting and monitoring of Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) to achieve key business objectives.

5.Execute other activities/projects related to sales effectiveness, efficiency and development as assigned.

Exigences de l’emploi

-Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commercial, Economics or related majors

- 10+ years’ experience in FMCG sales.

- 2 years+ in similar positions in FMCG industry

- Good knowledge of FMCG.

- Capacity to understand all sales functions i.e., Trade, Customer, Field.

- Capacity to understand milk sales management: GT, MT, distribution network development, sales and distribution knowledge and skills.

- Having a strong result commitment, proactiveness, high-pressure acceptance style

- Has good agility, customer orientation & teamwork style

- Strong interpersonal and good presentation skills

- Be strong at analytical and problem solving skills

- Good project management skills.

- Good planning skill

- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.

- Has good leadership skills.
