CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB

  • A Stylist cum trainer is responsible for visually transforming customer appearance via make hair style with Personal Care products (PC), offer customers a good quanlity service and consult customers how to care their hair with PC in retail stores and events.
  • Train store staff how to style and take care of hair with PC and how to do demostration

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Create appropriate hairstyling for customers with PC and do demostration.
  • Consult customers about products and technology; and how to take care of hair and to use PC in the best way.
  • Support store team to achieve sales target.
  • Manage the styling station (including PC demo products) in stores and events, and supervise the attitude, manner, and PC demostration of store staff to ensure brand guidelines, standards and customer service are met.
  • Train and provide training material of PC demostration and how to style well.
  • Do daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to working responsiblity.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in beauty/cosmetics/training field in retail industry.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of team management.
  • Have strong knowledge in retail operation (FSS/ department store), team operation, product training.

Skills and Personal Attributes:

  • Great understanding of haircare and hairstyling.
  • Good training and presentation skills.
