Mô tả công việc

1. Admin for Head of Business Development:

  • Coordinate scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to functional leaders
  • Manage Head’s travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals
  • Provide administrative and office support, such as typing, translation dictation, spreadsheet creation, email, and maintenance of filing system and contacts database
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials.
  • Perform other tasks as requested by superiors.

2. Leasing Admin:

  • Support related leasing admin work: request for payment, monitor and record leasing contract, related documents ...
  • Work with the Head of Department to ensure that all documents relating to the lease are prepared and managed in accordance with Vietnam laws and company policies;

3. Brand team Assistant:

  • Directly involve or lead cross-functional projects if required

Yêu cầu công việc

  • At least 2 years of experience as personal assistant in large scale company
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English, directly reporting to foreign Head of Department
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills and able to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams from different areas of the company and with the key supplier.
  • Be accountable for delivery and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
