Mô tả công việc

  • KPI Performance Management tasks:
    • Set up KPI Scheme for Branches, RMCs, CMCs, Smart Credit and Head Office departments
    • Set up KPI Target base on KPI Scheme
    • Check KPI result monthly to evaluate Branches Performance (Loan, Deposit, Card, Banca, FX…. Base on using SAS coding/SQL & Excel & Logic in Scheme
    • Cross check Final KPI result excel file (use advance excel formula…)
    • Ad-hoc support Branches of checking result of each KPI index
    • Control & Double check working of team members in KPI calculation.
    • Support to build system for KPI result, coordinator with IT and related business depts.
  • Business analysis reporting:
    • Check all SHBVN reports to monitor and keep tracking performance of the whole bank (Loan, Deposit, Customer, Credit Card, Digital…)
    • Ad-hoc analysis on new products, customer performance….
    • Build auto reports monthly.

    • Yêu cầu công việc

    • Background in Finance, Banking, Economics
    • At least5-7 years- experience in Banking, KPI, Reporting.
    • Understand of banking products & Branches business
    • Good knowledge onExcel, Advance excel, VBA, Macro
    • Experience on SAS coding/ SQL/ Python
    • Understand of database management
    • Willing to work with figures, data, reports
    • Work under pressure
    • Teamwork
    • Carefully & Logical Thinking
