Overall responsibility for development and execution of strategies that will provide customers (merchants) with a suite of Merchant Acquiring (Online, POS) solutions that meet their needs. Build and maintain Merchant Acquiring portfolio that is in line with business and the bank’s goals. Prepare marketing activities to acquire new merchants, increase sales volumes and active ratio

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop relationship and coordinate with strategic partnerships to prepare and launch acquiring business
  • Main in charge of merchants acquisitions including big, medium merchants
  • Set criteria and propose pricing scheme, offering model and merchant approval program to ensure P&L for the business and the bank
  • Coordinate with ICT team (in house) or vendors to develop/enhance acquiring solutions/system including acquiring host, terminals, merchant management system.
  • Prepare and execute marketing activities for merchant acquiring
  • Gather requirements from merchants and coordinate with other departments for holistic merchants solutions including CASA, merchant loans…
  • Others tasks as assigned by line manager

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Banking, Computer Science, or related fields
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in payment business/card business development with knowledge of Acquiring Business
  • Proficient in MS Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
  • Effective communication in both verbal and written and project management skills
  • Strong teamwork and leadership skills
  • Strong sales/business development mindset to achieve business goals
  • Ability to work independently or as a team player
  • Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Good English communication
