Descrizione del lavoro

- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and potential customers in the Vietnam region
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities
- Sell our portfolio of products to potential customers and expand the customer base
- Understand the macadamia crop locally in Vietnam and how it can be used in different industries
- Organize and follow up on customer samples
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for market development
- Submit regular reports on sales activities, conversions, and new clients
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Participate in relevant trade shows, exhibitions, and events
- Continuously engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer data

Requisiti di lavoro

- A recent graduate with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales and customer service principles
- Passionate about the food industry and motivated to learn more
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed
