Descrizione del lavoro

1.Set strategic plan, build the organizational structure to develop/ strengthen the team, and to implement functions

2.Lead PD department to go throughout technical feasibility, design optimization, and sampling issues to provide customer good quality sample

4.Lead in key development projects to ensure successful completion of development, and smooth production.

5.Manage the sampling process and monitor overall sample schedule to get sample delivered on time and in good quality

6.Partners with related department to ensure all new products meet technical, price and production parameters

7.Get alignment on product quality, technical and engineering

8.Audit and participate in initial manufacturing matters for special project to ensure alignment from product design to mass production

10.Deal with important matters (claim, delay, complaint,) to provide the workable solution, provide guidance to achieve and maintain the required quality and delivery of the product

11.Globally cooperate with other development centers to get alignment on product quality, technical and engineering, development policy and SOP; and to work on product transferring in - out

Requisiti di lavoro

1.Education&Knowledge :Bachelor’s Degree

2.Experience:7 years of experience as the same role in a relevant footwear research & Development.

Having experience in insole development, or in footwear Brand, or footware/insole technical experience

3.Foreign language:Fluent English and Basic Chinese

4.Skill:
