Descrizione del lavoro

- Following all of payments including purchase order, VAT invoice, suppliers debit notes

and attached documents.

- Checking data among Oracle business suite system, Payment request, and quotation

to ensure reasonable cost and legal documents with Tax rules.

- Making payment for domestic and oversea suppliers, confirming the information for the

bank if needed

- Matching AP after payment

- Booking selling, general, and administrative expenses in the systems

- Control AP of suppliers

- Suggest ideas improvement to make better process.

- Others tasks as assigned

Requisiti di lavoro

► Education and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance or equivalent

- 2 years of work experience at the same position

- Good knowledge at accounting and tax regulation

- Having experience in the logistics field is preferred.

►Required Skills/Abilities:

- Good at Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

- Good verbal and written communication skill in both English and Vietnamese.

- Being able to work independently and being proactive in solving related issues

- Adapting to high pressure work environment
