Descrizione del lavoro

  • Make daily meal report for Canteen
  • Arrange for visiting plan for guest (pick up, transportation, accommodation…)
  • Booking: hotel, air ticket, team lunch/ dinner/party.
  • Plan and Organize employee engagement events and activities such as Employee’s monthly birthday, Employee of Month Award, Womens day, Year-end party, Staff farewells etc...
  • Receive problems / requests arising from departments, handle and consult management levels for feedback to relevant departments.
  • Monitor, update and manage records, employee lists.
  • Coordinate with the factory Supervisor to make daily meal report for Canteen.
  • Monitor and support meals for overtime.
  • Recruiting employees following departments needs.
  • Search the CV on the website and do phone interviews and coordinate with other Heads of Department for interview arrangement as well as selecting appropriate candidates as required. Complete all Candidates’ profiles and negotiate the starting date with the qualified candidates. Confirmed the candidates salary with the manager to go the next step. Send job offers to candidates and inform the date that they will start working for the manager.
  • Check the staff’s profile and guide the companys rules for new employees who join in the first day.
  • Take the fingerprints and face of the new personnel after that handing over them to Direct Manager.
  • Coordinate with the Recruitment Center and Factory Supervisor to recruit casual labor for the factory according to the daily needs of the factory..
  • Following email account, Create the new one/ User ID deactivation..
  • Processing cross check between the database of the attendance machine and database which was provided by Factory Supervisor. Find out the differences between them. Report the result to the Factory Manager weekly.
  • Be in-charge of timekeeping for Private Label (Official Employees and Casual Labor).
  • Report total manpower hours of Vega/ Non Vega also Direct manpower hours and Indirect manpower hours to Factory Manager monthly.
  • Report total manpower of Casual Labor to Accountant Manager monthly..
  • Prepare HR related documents to provide for audit.
  • Other ad-hoc jobs assigned by managers.

Requisiti di lavoro

  • 2 yearsexperience as HR officer,administratororother HR position,
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, admin,etc.)
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Organizational and time-management abilities
  • Englishcommunication skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Strong ethics and reliability
  • BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus
