SCOPE OF WORK

The HR Intern performs various administrative tasks and support HR department’s day-to-day activities

  • Screen resumes and application forms; Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates; Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.
  • Update company databases by inputting new employee records.
  • Assist in helping new hires regarding of onboard/ offboard process.
  • Support in managing labour contract and its relevant documents.
  • Make sure collect all the required documents of employees to prove for audit if needed.
  • Assist line manager to execute internal communication to make sure consistant internal communication inside company.
  • Assist the HR team in organizing related activities or special company events required (Support for payment documents, working with suppliers, running events such as Teambuilding, Year-end Party, …).
  • Responding to staff inquiries about HR-related matters.
  • Prepare monthly timekeeping reports.
  • Other assignments as requested.

  • At least 3-month Full-time Internship
  • 3rd/4th year students or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related majors
  • Have experience in C&B is an advantage
