Descrizione del lavoro

· Assist in the preparation VAT, CIT, and other tax returns in accordance with applicable tax laws and regulations.

· Gather and organize supporting documentation from BUs/departments for tax refund preparation.

· Review supporting dox, accounting records, and other relevant documents to ensure accuracy and completeness for tax refund and other tax purposes.

· Collaborate with senior tax members, other members across BUs to address their inquiries, provide guidance on tax matters, and assist with tax/customs audits or assessments, as needed.

· Maintain organized and up-to-date tax files and documentation in accordance with internal policies and procedures.

· Assist in the preparation and submission of necessary tax forms, schedules, and supporting documentation to tax authorities within prescribed deadlines.

· Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and regulations and contribute to the development of internal tax knowledge resources.

· Support the implementation of tax policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and accuracy.

· Conduct basic tax research and analysis to ensure compliance with tax laws.

· Other tasks assigned by direct manager.

Requisiti di lavoro

· Intermediate or higher diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Relevant coursework in taxation is preferred.

· Some experience or internship in tax accounting or a related field is desirable but not required.

· Basic understanding of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

· Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel).

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to communication in English.

· Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others.

· Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards learning and development.

· High level of integrity with a commitment to maintaining the company confidentiality.
