Descrizione del lavoro

Monitoring of delivery of goods :

1. Based on the production plan from planning and shipment team, arrange employees to ensure optimal export efficiency.

2. Inspect and supervise employees in the department who deliver and receive goods from suppliers and recieving from other sources to ensure compliance with company procedures (BRC, Safety , GMP...)

3. Monitoring to ensure that the goods are released in accordance with the principle of first in, first out (FIFO) / goods near the expiration date, first out (FEFO) and in accordance with the instructions for the release of materials from time to time.

4. Tracking the goods returned from other WH/Plant by the supplier.

Warehouse operations management:

1. Control & check all operations as well as maintenance activity at warehouse including checking of relevant invoices of its fee and other relative expenses.

2. Manage and ensure the operation of warehouse equipment (factories, shelves, forklifts…) in accordance with company policies.

3. Perform periodic inventory, compare data between actual and system, analyze the causes if there is a discrepancy and plan improvement actions, monitor the implementation of the plan to ensure accurate inventory.

4. Ensure 5S, GMP in good practices

Authority:

1. Independent in implementing assigned tasks and complying with company regulations.

2. To be entitled to request and recommend superior to innovation, and improvements in work.

3. To be entitled request to stop export or recieving goods and hold finished product when detecting serious incidents in quality until the problem is resolved.

Requisiti di lavoro

Education:Graduated from college or University majoring in Chemistry, Food, Accounting/Transport.

Experience:

1. 01-02 years of experience in food manufacturing or large warehouse.

2. Exposure to standardised Quality and GMP systems.

3. Knowledge of loading and unloading export containers.

Key Soft Skills

English skills: Good communication

Computer skills such as Microsoft Office, MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint.

Time management skills

Excellent communication, numeracy, and computer literacy skills.

Always keep the end-user/customer in mind.
