仕事内容

1. Customer Service Function, organization, system, database processes.

  • Be accountable for organization, organization, system, database, processes for each business channel.
  • Be accountable for continunous improvement for CS functions to reach highest customer services level.
  • Be accountable for KPIs monitor and risk & opportunities identification.

2. Order to cash process

  • Be accountable for order accurracy.
  • Make sure customer will receive the corrected product & quatity

3. Monthly/weekly forecasting to make sure as demand need.

4. Manage & be accountable for customer, pricing & promotion master data

5. Report & Other.

仕事の要件

  • At least 02-03 years of working experience with similar position at FCMG Company.
  • Familiar to SAP, needs analysis, stakeholder engagement
  • Good Team-Player, Self-motivation, Communication skills
