Job description:

I. Development and compliance

  • Develop new company website, company intranet and other system
  • Develop and implement IT policy and best practive guides for the organization
  • Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs
  • Execute and manage change for continuous improvements (time, cost and quality)
  • Ensure compliance of policies, procedures, and regulations (Competion Act, Personal Data Protection Act, Anti-Bribery Act
  • II. Managed services support

  • Contact vendors and procure IT software, hardware, network
  • Work with Head-quarter IT department, discuss and implement the IT solution
  • Work with users to improve on generation of reports, automate if possible
  • Manage Active Directory, user accounts, permission
  • Set up new destop/laptop; install and configure hardware, software; provide hardware/software user manual and individual training for staff
  • Troubleshooting and manage destop/laptop, and other IT equipments such as photo-copier, printer, telephone, etc.
  • III. Network/server & voice support

  • 1st level support of SAP, Email System
  • Handle network and system projects (switching, firewall, server) depending on project scope
  • Ensure IT security is maintained according to group IT security policy
  • System health check of equipment
  • Trouble-shooting data back upi if job fail or incomplete
  • IV. Service management

  • Run regular checks on network and data security
  • Identify and act on opportunities to improve and update softwate and system
  • Support IT audit as per request from Head-quarter
  • Run and share regular operation system report with Management
  • Oversee and determine timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migration and outages
  • Monthly reporting (Number of call, Number of incidents)
  • Prepare user-friendly procedure manual, IT security manual
  • Record server and network information, maintainance and vendor contact information
  • Maintain software and IT related licenses, track the equipment warranties and service renewal before expiry.
  • V. Others

  • Have a filing and retrieval system in place of keeping past, current records and witl proper disposal of records.
  • Keep documents according to disposal guilines
  • Others duties to be assigned by Managers

    • Educational back-ground:
    • Good communication skill
    • Good at English (writing and speaking)
    • Good work ethics and capacity to learn and adapt
    • Age : 26-30 years old
    • Preferred Language: English
