仕事内容

  • Build up to standards to Control quality
  • Control all faults in the factory
  • Supports administrators and identifies root causes
  • Checking and controlling the Fabrication of Production quality
  • Checking and controlling DWG/BOM/Scope Failure
  • Checking all material / Products quality input – Output Factory
  • Statistics and Analysis Failure data come from Engineering, Production, Warehouse. Tracking preventive action
  • Controlling the repair, rework of failure
  • Receive and collect NCR from the factory department, and through a 5-step analysis with the responsible department, we find the root cause and provide convenience in preventive measures
  • Monitor the effective operation of preventive measures.
  • Calculate the COPQ of your plant.
  • Report failure data to QA manager
  • Other requests from the Board of Directors
  • Testing material sample

仕事の要件

  • Graduated with a bachelors degree in electrical or mechanical engineering

  • Minimum 01 year of experience in quality control

  • Ability to solve any root cause impact to quality

  • Good active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

  • Good English in listening, speaking, reading and writing

  • Technical in quality control

  • Knowledge elevator

  • Knowledge Auto cad, solid work, DWG reading
