Job Summary:

Assist Sales & Marketing Manager /Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to fulfill customers’ requirements, enquiries and shipments schedule.

Preferable to have experience also in branding for consumer products and e commerce.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary duties:(Approximately 70 to 80% of daily work schedule)

· Maintain relations with current customers.

· Develop new customers in different markets

· Communicate with customers (thru e-mails, faxes, etc.).

· Manage full process of sales cycle (prepare quotation, issue Proforma Invoice/ Sales Confirmation to customers, issue shipping order to production, follow up shipment schedule, and closing).

· Follow up on all customers’ request

· Liaise with internal departments such as Planning, Production, QA, and R&D.

· Prepare and send samples as per customer’s requisition.

· Analyze sales data

Secondary duties:(Approximately 20 to 30% of daily work schedule)

· Participate in ISO activities and customers’ audit.

· Update and maintain price list of new, existing and potential customers.

· Attend events or exhibitions.

· Send the customer survey form to existing and new customers and analyze the data.

· Follow up new projects (new item) progress.

· Receive and resolve customer issues and complaints.

· Perform other related duties as required.

· Perform shipping related jobs as required.

The person is expected to work closely with staffs from all departments.

Authorities:

· Instruct production personnel to take immediate corrective action whenever the production outputs do not meet customer’s requirement.

· Authorized to approve Delivery Order.

仕事の要件

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

·Good interpersonal and communication skills.

· Computer literate.

·With basic Shipping knowledge

· Ability to establish rapport relationship with customer through Emails/Chats etc.

· Fluent in speaking and writing both English and Vietnamese. Mandarin is a plus.

· Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems and able to work under pressure.

· Able to work with others as a team

· Active and takes initiative

Desirable Qualifications:

· Preferably Diploma/ Degree in relevant field.

· ~3years relevant practical experience.
