Mô tả công việc

1. Responsible for overall Sales activity by overseeing and developing a sales team to expand company revenue and Sales strategy.

2. Establish business expansion strategy, action plan, and set sales performance KPI by including overall training & business trips.

3. Actively support, encourage, and motivate team members to achieve key goals, making manual and support for solving & advising team.

4. Be responsible for the annual/monthly budget & profit & cost of the team

5. Perform all other duties as assigned and required.

6. Reports to: General Director / Chief of Rep. Office

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelors Degree or higher in related fields

• Vietnamese Male/ Female

• Good Command of English & Japanese

• Have at least three years of sales management experience at a Japanese company

• Have at least five years of working experience in the electronic/electronic components market.

• It would be great if mechanical or electronic engineering background (knowledge)

• Priority candidate who has a relationship with Honda and or Vinfast

Physical Requirements:

• High passion for developing new markets, enthusiastic to learn new things.

• Cooperative and positive, and optimistic person

• Good Interpersonal Skills and Communication Skills
