업무 설명서

  • Ensure that all ambassadors comply with the grooming and uniform standards.
  • Ensure compliance with legislated health and safety requirements within the workplace.
  • Comply with all Corporate and Hotel Standards and Procedures.
  • Actively promote a work environment, which cares for guests and ambassadors alike.
  • Assist in the Recruitment, Selection and Induction Process.
  • To be familiar with and knowledgeable of the Labor Code for your own understanding and to advise Ambassadors of conditions.
  • Respond to Ambassador requests for statements of service/earnings and take responsibility for other general inquiries.
  • Be pro-active in streamlining Human Resources Practices and sourcing new ways to improve current systems.
  • To assist in organizing of recreational and sport activities for ambassadors.
  • Maintain up to date, accurate and confidential ambassador file.
  • Administrate ambassadors’ promotion, transfer, staff benefits e.g. Medical, Hospitalization and Insurance.
  • Disseminate vacant position - To ensure Locker are well maintaining and locker room are clean.
  • Pay all Ambassadors correctly and on a timely basis via computerized payroll system.
  • Preparation of input for all payroll and ancillary records. Ensure that payroll is processed on a timely basis and in accordance with Hotel Policy and Procedures and relevant government regulations.
  • To liaise with Human Resources Department to ensure payroll records are maintained and to ensure confidentiality all times.
  • Review all output from the payroll system, initiate corrections or adjustments accordingly.
  • Ensure Human Resources Department enters new Ambassador details and any change in Ambassador details (authorization responsibility of Human Resource Department).
  • Prepare and reconcile Payroll Journals, Annual and Sick Leave Accruals, as necessary.
  • Reconcile Personal Income tax at year-end and issue tax certificate if required.
  • Review all Social Insurance payments, complete necessary documentation to the Government. Ensure any claims for reimbursement are filed on behalf of the Hotel.
  • Verify the leave entitlement for all leave requests for human resource’s action
  • Align working style, working practices and conduct with AHG, Corporate Values and Policies. To comply with The Code of Conduct all times
  • Other tasks assigned by the head of department.

작업 요구 사항

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accountant or Business Administration

  • 2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience

  • Knowledge of local Labour Law and Employment Regulations.
  • Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Problem solving, analytical, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
  • Good writing & speaking skills
