Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies specific to the modern trade channel to achieve business growth.

  • Create and implement plans for engaging with and servicing modern trade customers.

Key Client Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within modern trade accounts, including large retail chains and supermarkets.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for major clients in the modern trade segment.

Sales Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and lead a dedicated sales team specializing in the modern trade channel.

  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to maximize team productivity.

Negotiations and Agreements:

  • Oversee negotiations and agreements with modern trade partners to secure contracts, partnerships, and deals.

작업 요구 사항

A Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience in modern trade sales or related roles, with a deep understanding of the dynamics of large retail chains and supermarkets.

Strong leadership and communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
