We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Sales & Business Development Assistant Manager/Manager to assist us in expanding our clientele. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for devising and implementing effective sales strategies with a strong commitment to success.

Our goal is to achieve sustainable financial growth by increasing sales and establishing strong relationships with our clients. As the Business Development Assistant Manager/Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing a growth strategy that focuses on both financial gain and customer satisfaction

• Growing sales in plastics, rubber, composite materials, and PU

• Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs

• Arranging business meetings with prospective clients • Promoting the company’s products and services, addressing and predicting clients’ objectives

• Maintaining records of sales, revenue, invoices, and reports

• Providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

• Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers and suppliers

• Building and training a sales team

작업 요구 사항

To qualify for this position, you must have the following requirements and skills:

• Proven working experience in business development or sales

• Proven sales track record

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

• Proficiency in Vietnamese and English; ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus

• Market knowledge
