Yes4All is one of the leading brands for home sporting goods & furniture in the e-commerce market. Founded in 2010, we have strived to be in the top 1% retailers on Amazon US. Based in California with an operation office in HCMC, we have more than 250 young and talented members with expert knowledge and experience in the e-commerce industry.

We are on an ambitious journey to dominate not only Amazons sporting goods market but also to enter new e-commerce markets from many regions like Canada, Europe, Japan. Besides, Home sporting goods, Furniture, Outdoor and Gardening are also great opportunities that we desire to occupy and create significant values. With our steady knowledge in E-commerce, Yes4All started to provide end to-end ecommerce-enabler service in order to help Vietnamese and global manufacturers or struggling sellers bring their products to the US & International markets.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Create new value, disrupt and create competitive advantage in old/mature markets.
  • Help access new customers and new markets with relevant/differentiated offers.
  • Support premium positions/ margins enhancement/ premiumization.
  • Help Yes4All compete more effectively vs competitors of all shapes and sizes.
    and ultimately create a sustainable and differentiated position for Yes4All.
  • Conduct business analysis, including market studies, customer profiling, competitor analysis to identify the feasibility and attractiveness of new product concept.
  • Contribute to pricing strategy, sales plan and marketing budget for new product launch
  • Be the expert on assigned categories: understand and develop the picture (map) of all products and competitors, propose plan and actions to enhance the position of Yes4All on the market and to counteract competitor activities.
  • Drive excellence New Product Development process in collaboration with Sourcing & Product development and Sales team

작업 요구 사항

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor‘s Degree and above.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in Business Analysis/ Market Research/ Product Development/ Category Management or similar roles.
  • Have strong data analysis skills (Excel)
  • Be able to draw market insights and make business proposal
  • Have management skills for multi projects
  • Have negotiation and communication skills with stakeholders
  • Nice to have:

o E-commerce knowledge (Amazon), Sporting Goods domain

o Using Power BI
