Strategy & Corporate Development Manager

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

● Bachelors Degree or above in business, computer science, business, finance, or economics or related fields;

● Advanced analytical skills and the ability to problem solve with experience of putting forward actionable recommendations to senior management based on this analysis.

● Ability to think strategically. Demonstrated business acumen and deep analysis, understanding of business models, market and industry trends affecting the collaboration and productivity sector;

● Be scrappy and an effective cross-functional collaborator, comfortable collaborating with teams and stakeholders to solve problems, strive for continuous improvement.

● A critical thinker and negotiator. Comfortable with business case development, including dilution, depreciation, and closure processes.

● Excellent in researching, qualitative & quantitative analytical skills;

● A capability to work in a fast-paced, quickly evolving environment with multiple partners;

● Have strong presentation, communication skills and the ability to change complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete plans

● Excellent data analysis, planning and project management.

● Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

● Dynamic, adaptableand flexible approach according to business needs

● Self-aware with emotional intelligence
