Lead and manage the development and planning of the growth strategy
Leverage and optimize various initiatives of the marketing growth activities, including product selection strategy, promotion and other incentive design
Evaluate market conditions on a regular basis to identify emerging trends, to provide learning to support the continuous optimization of incentives and campaigns
Identify and/or review potential co-partnerships that are partner fit to business objective and negotiate for mutually beneficial term
Own the relationship with Business Owner and other marketing functions team (design, media, branding, BI…) to execute the overarching growth strategy
Manage budget allocation between promo cost and media mix that best suits business objectives
Perform data monitoring and analysis daily / weekly and provide recommendations based on consumer insights

At least 3 years of relevant marketing experience with a successful track record in planning integrated marketing strategies and executing campaigns
Proficient in data analytical skills and converting into business insights and actions
Data-driven and motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of user-centricity concepts
Strong ownership, commitment, accountability, and responsibility for business objectives.
Enable to work under pressure
Experience in social media marketing, community & influencer marketing, especially on TikTok is a plus
