Mô tả công việc
KEY OUTPUTS:
1)Professional work requirement
· To handle and settle non-marine claims or marine claims.
· To handle other kinds of insurance claims depending on actual requirements.
- To set appropriate reserves and effect claim payments within the authorized limit and report to authorized persons as required.
- To follow up outstanding claims information and negotiate with claimants for settling of the claims.
2)Professional job management
· To be responsible for claims management and loss control activities as required by the Company.
· To manage the subrogation recovery cases.
· To manage the coinsurance & reinsurance claims (inward, outward).
· To comply with the guidelines of the Claims Manual and compliance requirements.
· To use and manage the software systems and its related tasks/projects.
3)Employee management
· To allocate the works among the staffs to the best effective operation.
· To ensure the loss adjusting approaches to be properly conducted and managed.
· To observe accuracy, completeness and timeliness when carrying out daily responsibilities.
4)Guiding and coaching
· To deliver necessary training sessions to subordinates.
· To deliver necessary training sessions and seminar to the clients.
5)Other works as required by Company and the Managements
· To keep a good communication with customers (internal and external) to achieve greater customer satisfaction claims services.
· To prepare reports, statistics for relevant internal meetings.
· To execute other office tasks as required by the Company.
· Other claims documents control and data storage as required.
RELATIONSHIPS:
- Intermediaries & clients;
- MSIG Vietnam staff and peers;
- Industry peers, reinsurers, lawyers
DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY:
To understand and act within the delegated authority given by Management.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
- Customer Satisfaction;
- Salvage & Subrogation recoveries, adequate loss reserving and proper claim settlement;
- Incurred claims ratio & Claims processing turnaround time;
- Other KPIs as agreed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
· University graduated
· Good command of English
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
· Effective inter-personal exchange skills is required to create and expand partnership with internal and external customers as well as to influence the way the business partners think, feel or behave.
· Analytical and synthetically ability.
· Insurance knowledge
· Relevant laws and regulations
· Have management skills
·Have abilities and willing to train employees
EXPERIENCE:
· At least 5 years experience in insurance claims.
