Job Summary

· To manage and drive the sales activity for the services within the Sprachcaffe / GEOS family of schools.

· To provide key market analysis for new product development and marketing strategies.

Specific Duties

· To maintain good relations with existing study abroad agents and other channels

· To keep the database (CRM) and other records of agreement and correspondence

· To attend promotional trips, trade fairs and visit agents at their offices

· To respond to enquiries from agents and students

· To assist in the recruitment of new students, agents etc.

· To assist in the design and production of promotional materials such as brochures, websites and social media

· To deliver market analysis, produce statistical data on students and agents

Starting date: as soon as possible

Remuneration: negotiable with a starting salary + bonus on sales + commission on growth + travelling and communication expenses

Yêu cầu công việc

Essentials

· Experience in the language travel business

· An understanding of foreign cultures

· Very good level spoken and written Vietnamese, English and/or other languages

· Well-educated graduate, excellent communication/presentation skills, charming, smart dress, with outgoing personality

· Hardworking, bright and friendly, creative and imaginative

· Prepared to work and travel independently

· Commercial approach, negotiation skills, and a tenacious approach to getting the “deal”

· Able to deliver market analysis to inform sales, product development and strategic goals

· Understanding of profitability

· Experience in developing existing business as well as generating new business

· Organization and IT skills, well-structured and meticulous

· Willingness to learn, able to take criticism and be self-critical

· A “can do” attitude
