LOCAL STORE MARKETING – NORTH (60%)

· Trading-zone understanding and mapping the traffic generators of each trading area.

  • Plan and execute New Store Opening campaign in terms of promotion, partnership and other activities aiming to drive awareness, store traffic & sales for all channels up to 15th month.
  • Plan and execute Local Store Marketing for low performance stores.
  • In charge of monthly/ weekly LSM report as requested.

TRADE MARKETING – NATIONWIDE (40%)

  • Plan and execute promotion & in-store activation, including proposals, POSMs producing, budget management, promotion announcement, training documents and promotion setting-up with IT.
  • Work closely with internal Marketing team and related departments to ensure nationwide campaign execution (both own channels & aggregators).
  • Assist Marketing Manager in other tasks.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in F&B/ FMCG/ Retail Industry.
  • Prefer Operation experience/ Retail desirable.
  • Experience in promotion, brand/ store activation, event, sampling, roadshow.
  • Experience in planning and presenting.
  • Proactive, result-driven, good time management and hard-working.
  • Build solid relationships internally and externally.
  • Operate as an individual and in a team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English is a plus.
