Mô tả công việc

1. Research and develop new equipment for company

2. Monitor operational processes and find solutions to optimize production line performance

3. Support technicians to find the cause and handle when problems arise in the production process

4. Assess the risk level of the equipment and processes being used in the business. This assessment must include factors related to occupational safety and environmental impact

5. Develop documents, equipment usage rules and ensure compliance with astablished regulations

6. Research, evaluate, assist in the purchase of new equipment and be respondible for the installation and placement of these devices in the production line

7. Regularly evaluate the performance of equipment and processes to ensure optimal quaility and production efficiency

8. Manage and allocate budget in a reasonable and effective way, avoiding wassting resources of the business

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualification:Electrical automative engineer

Training: Line balancing, Pokayoke

Skill: Autocad, TPS, Time Study, Pokayoke, English good communication skill

Experience: total of 3-5 years

Should be able to do design the fixxture and gauges, Autocad

Should have knowledge of TPS, PFC, PFMEA, control plan

Should have knowledge of Pneumatic and Electical

Should know about the Takt time and line balancing, process improvement

Should have knowledge Pokayoke, Kaizen, APQP
