Mô tả công việc

1) Organization development

- Organization Development: work with Head of HR in the development of organization and implement action plans related to Organization structure/ changes

- Leadership development:

o Partner with COE from Global HR to customize and conduct the leadership development programs. Drive participation and engagement to ensure programs are successful and results in an increase in leadership skills and effectiveness.

o Advise Branch Leadership Team on opportunities for improvement, alternatives and approaches. Work with the leadership team to increase team effectiveness.

- Succession planning: harmonize global succession planning and ensure future leaders are identified and developed.

- Learning and Development function: create, communicate and execute Learning and Development scope for action plans and policies, programs, processes and initiatives to assist leadership in meeting the objectives (competency framwork, Performance Management system, culture activitues…)

2) Learning and training service

- Identify and establish sustainable L&D strategy in collaboration with Head of HR and Divisions Managers to understand ongoing business demands requiring L&D interventions to enable the development and growth of our employees to support overall business success

- Evaluate, assess and prioritize overall training and development needs to prepare for L&D framework/ learning content and facilitate delivery and completion of training

- Manage the execution of annual training plan and costs of planned programmes within budget Select and advise on optimal learning and delivery methods to maximise learning and sustainability of knowledge (in-house through instructor led or online approaches; an external of-the-shelf solution; or in partnership with an external vendor; other channels etc.)

- Manage employees growth and their learning & development journey from onboarding through ongoing development via MyWorkbench

- Act as project manager for Learning and Development topics, ensure all requirements are met and the smooth running of courses/ initiatives

Yêu cầu công việc

If you can do everything listed above, you’ve got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:

  • Bachelor Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or similar major;
  • At least 8 years of professional experience in Organization Development, experience in multinational organization is preferable;
  • In-depth knowledge of full cycle performance management & appraisal;
  • Previous experience in capturing metrics and producing various HR reports;
  • Experience must include knowledge and experience in building and executing guidelines, policies and plans
  • Good command in both verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong project management skills and ability to plan and set priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with senior management
