You want to be an important member of a strong team of other makers who take pride in their work and support each other. As Quality Engineer - Senior, you will be responsible for Internal website, document and quality data control.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

1.Develop and Manage Internal website system for the VN office.

o Develop the website structure/ documented information system for all departments including front and back office.

o Provide training about internal website structure and work closely with the department to develop the implementation including but not limited to backbone processes, procedures, working instruction, etc..

o Administrate the documented information system to ensure the consistency.

o Review and improve the system to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the system.

2.Develop and manage Quality data control

o Monitor, implement and assess the Quality data control

o Dashboard and spreadsheet master and control

o Collect and monitor Quality data reports to identify the trends and coordinate with department heads

o Perform any other duties assigned by superior from time to time

3.Others

o Support in implementing the weekly /monthly team reports including but not limit: quantity, quality, special projects, compliments, complaints, ect... as request to ensure the more accuracy of the annual reviewing

o Participate in technical training, engagement, career orientation program (connect with and be assigned by Direct superior)

o Review and enhance the team current processes

o Comply the company policies, training programs and meetings upon request.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

If you can do everything listed above, you’ve got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:

  • Bachelor Degree. Major in Industrial Management, Engineering or related field
  • Good at English is a MUST (both in writing and speaking skills)
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Have at least 3 years of working experience in Internal website management/ Document Control/ Quality data control/ Dashboard and spreadsheet control
  • Experienced with Module/ VBA/ Smartsheet/ Confluence…
