ROLE OBJECTIVES:

The People Operations Consultant of HR Outsourcing (HRO) Services HCM is responsible for supporting the HRBP Supervisor in the alignment of HR plans with the business objectives of the BU. The position serves as a consultant to execute all HR plans related to workforce capability and engagement activities for HRO HCM.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Workforce capability:

· To closely work with TA team to ensure all hiring requests of HRO are on track with good quality.

· To ensure new HRO Employees complete Onboarding Program & BU Training Program for new hire.

· In charge of the full implementation of the HRO training program in coordination with the corporate L&D Team

· Ensure HRO employees to sufficiently attend/complete all compulsory training courses from corporate L&D Team

· Support HRBP Supervisor and BU Head with some other assigned tasks related to BU management

2. Engagement and communication activities

· Maintain & increase the Employee Engagement within HRO by creating an creative engagement program in accordance with expectation & characteristic of BU; then to be fully in charge of the organizing of all engagement activities as the approved plan from BU Head.

· Ensure good and effective implementation of the internal communication within BU for the activities/policies related to business and people management.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Graduated from University/College with related majors. Special cases will be approved by the line manager.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the implementation of training activities and the organization of engagement activities and internal communication for employees.
  • Strong ability to partner with different levels of the organization to achieve expected results
  • Strong interpersonal skill and communication skill
  • Strong problem solving and judgment skills
  • Good English communication is a plus
  • High attention to details
  • Ability to work professionally with high commitment and under high pressure
