1. Guiding, training Air operation (Document, Terminal, Air Import)

  • Assist operation manager in training, guiding operation staffs the Air Operation Workflow.
  • First escalation to solve all operation issues as assigned by operation manager.

2. Collaboration

  • Coordinating with all other divisions (Sales, CS, Pricing, procurement) & other stations, following up with KWE oversea, HQ to establish implementation SOP.
  • Frequently communicating, reviewing Operation processes of stations to adjust SOP.
  • Connect all staff within the Air product to run the work smoothly.

3. Follow up and monitor internal Implementation SOP, KPI for Air Operation

  • Assist operation manager in implementation SOP, KPI for each account.
  • Measure KPI of all assigned sections.
  • Research the term, conditions of Terminal Security, warehouse workflow for normal & special request cargo to instruct to the staff & ensure partners’, company’s compliance.
  • Propose the clear workflow, SOP to ensure the process run smoothly.

4. Assist to manage Air Operation division to improve Productivity.

  • Regularly review operation with all sections to improve productivity, adapt the scenario.
  • Guide & support operation for the special cases or out of SOP terms & condition
  • Assist manager in monitoring operation performance against set targets and objectives and to take countermeasures for improvement when needed.
  • Ensure full compliance in various areas of operation and risk management.
  • Advice manager in evaluating challenge sheet for Supervisor level down.
  • Support to facilitate the suitable working environment.
  • Monitor OT of the staff.

5. Report

  • Make all relevant reports (EDI, Workflow, KPI,.) to Superiors as assigned.
  • Provide report to Sales & if requested.

Requisito de emprego

► Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role or equivalent position.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of airfreight operation process and the overall logistics.
  • Good knowledge of geography to assist with the day-to-day movement of freight around the world.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to include driving KPIs, team building.

► Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Advanced in English skill (4 skills), additional language should be an advantage.
  • Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical, data analysis.
  • Good teamwork skills and strong self-motivation.
  • Being able to work under high pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills in both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines and set priorities team player and able to work in a multi-team environment.
  • Good at listening skill, Adaptability skill, Initiative
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Good relationship with warehouses
