Job purpose:

Together with the Public Affairs team at HEINEKEN Vietnam, partnering with the business and related stakeholders to foster positive conditions for business growth and protect our licence to operate. This goal is mainly achieved by:

- Driving positive perception for HEINEKEN Vietnam, our brands and beer among a range of external stakeholders

- Building and driving sustainable & engaging relationships with government, industry alliances and non-industry groups at grassroot levels

- Leading proactively on tax advocacy, commercial freedom to ensure positive conditions and growth for the company and mitigate adverse effects from policy change on business climate.

Job description:

- Create a long term and one-year public affairs agenda to address key risks and market opportunities in short-term and long-term.

- Proactively implement alcohol and tax agenda striving for beer differentiation.

- Develop a strong network of Government and stakeholder contacts, build an effective engagement strategy and plan with these stakeholders to facilitate understanding, support and advocacy for HEINEKEN Vietnam, our business and our brands.

- Engage internal stakeholders on external developments that impact the business to ensure understanding and awareness and impact on commercial priorities.

- Build and maintain dialogue with public decision makers and non-governmental organizations. Influence regulators decision-making process

- Secure production licenses and related permits and manage process to ensure timely engagement with officials to retain and achieve all necessary permits for all breweries

- Execute agreed PA Campaigns as well as individual-related KPI

- Actively building and implementing a personal development plan according to the agreed orientation as well as actively contributing to building a high-performing, action-biased, result oriented and data-driven PA team, working as Manager Level.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Qualified degree level or higher

- At least 5 years of relevant working experience.

- Great networking & influencing skills

- Information gathering and interpreting skills

- Knowledge of legislative processes / political campaigning

- Excellent writing & presentation skills

- Organisational skills to manage demanding workload and priorities

- Strong project management

- Fluent in Vietnamese and good English (verbal and written)
