Sales Team Leader is the person responsible for coordinating the sales team, building business plans and adjusting those plans in accordance with the instructions of superiors to achieve sales goals.

Main tasks

· Manage a team of sales staff to achieve growth and sales goals

· Plan and implement business strategies to help expand customer files and ensure business coverage

· Responsible for recruiting, allocating goals, training and monitoring the performance of sales staff

· Build and develop strong, long-term customer relationships

· Build and optimize the sales process from planning to closing sales

· Report on business results, revenue and costs; Make forecasts to the board of directors

· Identify potential markets and market fluctuations; At the same time, always update the situation of competitors and new products

** Experience in the textile industry is preferred (jeans fabric)

Yêu cầu công việc

· Graduated from University majoring in Business Administration or related fields

· Previous experience as a Sales Officer or Sales Director, with achievements and regularly achieving/exceeding sales figures

· Proficient in English communication, presentation and influencing skills at all organizational levels

· Sensitive to business opportunities, with in-depth knowledge of the industry and products
