Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Supervisor (Logistics, , Working in Hai Phong)

  • Set up action strategies to run the business.
  • Attract current customers to the firm and inspire the staff to find new business opportunities.
  • Develop a connection with the local sales for the carrier
  • Serving as the ultimate problem-solver for customers, overseas partners, and local offices
  • Ensuring the Sales Department operates smoothly by managing and overseeing its activities; recruiting, developing, and training the sales team
  • Direct the sales team to hit the designated business goal.
  • Find qualified sales to join the team.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Male/Female. Age : <33 years old
  • Graduated from University
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar position in the Logistics industry, priority for Sea goods
  • Good at English, prefer additional Chinese skills
