Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Team Leader:

  • Conduct market assessments, choose possible areas of concentration, and research to learn about rivals positions in testing and inspection services for customers.
  • Establish and mentor a business development team, oversee team members daily sales operations to meet their own goals;
  • Manage the development of both new and current major accounts to meet your own goals;
  • Collaborate with a marketing executive to plan workshops, exhibits, commercial events, etc.
  • Organize and give marketing executives customer and market-related information
  • Establish relationship with associations, non-governmental organizations, and the government to help business.
  • Be able to lead and coach in the field of sales by actively striving to meet daily goals

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Male/Female. Age: 25-35 years old
  • Graduated from university or higher
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development in inspection services forFeed industry
  • Good English reading comprehension
