Company Profile:

International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a loyalty & rewards company in searching for an outstanding Senior Financial planning analyst to join them in supporting planning and implementing strategies for their financial structure.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and analysis the financial strategies of the company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create financial models using process analysis and benchmarking based on the company model and previous data.
  • Report on current financial situation analysis:
  • Research past financial data in depth.
  • Compare expected and actual performance to find areas that need improvement.
  • Coordinate long-term financial planning with the executive team and the finance director.
  • Participate in predictions, such as:
  • Projections of quarterly and yearly earnings.
  • Take part in department and project budgeting.
  • Examine investment potential and present risks.
  • Keep financial information and investment decisions private.
  • Review and develop pricing structures to support the sales team.
  • Additional duties as delegated by the line manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • A bachelors degree in business, accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience from big auditing or investment firms is a plus.
  • Minimum of six years experience in a role involving financial planning and analysis.
  • The capacity to function autonomously and accomplish goals with little guidance.
  • Effective presenting, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good at communicating in English both orally and in writing.
