Key duties:

· Operation and overall management of Shinhan Futures Lab Vietnam

· Establishing operational goals and analyzing performance on an annual/quarterly basis

· Budget management and allocation for department operations

· Enhancing, planning, and operating open innovation and global expansion programs (PoC collaboration, business consulting, overseas expansion strategies

· Networking and communication for internal and external business collaborations

Additional duties (not regular/compulsory):

· General administrative tasks, including internal requests and group company contract management.

· Overall management capabilities based on understanding of Southeast Asian markets, including Vietnam

Yêu cầu công việc

Education:

·Bachelors degree or higher.

Experience:

·Atleast 5 years’ working experiences.

·Profoundknowledge of startup ecosystem

Skills:

·Experience in strategy development and execution.

·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

·Excellent English communication skills.
