ZaloPay is looking for a Product Owner who plays a key role within the UM team to deal with users pain points and support other Businesses to perform related strategies to the user to bring the best experience in using ZaloPay’s products
This role is part of the ZaloPay product team, who focuses on 2 main key-parts:

  • For end-users: building features to help users access and use Zalopay wallet easily and securely; easily to manage information and transaction; customize of Wallet’s settings (self-service features)
  • For internal: supporting other teams during the operation process and other support related to ZaloPay’s development strategy

You will work closely with our peers in the User management team from Technical, Data team, Operation, Risk/ Legal… to deep dive the requirement from Stack holders, then evaluate to finalize the requirement with a balanced solution. This role requires a blend of skills including knowledge of user behaviors, user experiences, strategic thinking, negotiation skill to build a strong product with some UI/UX experiences. Besides, you also need to work under pressure to meet the urgent deadline

  • Gathering and prioritizing product requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders during the concept development of a product.
  • Preparing full product development tasks such as analyzing, conceptualizing, prototyping, wireframes, mockups/screens spec writing, data, and process models for the development team.
  • Confidence to take the lead on projects while presenting, negotiating with the Project team effectively to finalize the Product document. Ensure solutions are consistent with business objectives and strategy and company technology standards.
  • Working closely with the Project team and support PM to break down business requirements into smaller deliverables, support Team to manage product implementation and launch any feature or function of the product on-time and customer satisfaction goals are met.
  • Verifying product quality; Support UAT in testing.
  • Research and analyze user behaviors from data analytics reports to improve the product.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • At least 3-year experience in product development. Data-driven knowledge is preferred.
  • Have knowledge about the user and markets which relate to the users needs in management and using the wallet.
  • Ability to think critically, analyze, and solve problems with strong attention to detail.
  • Understand user behaviors through research, observations, data analysis.
  • Understand data product performance metrics. Understand the logic of the E2E product. Has a data-driven improvement mindset.
  • Able to produce wireframes and specs related. Experience working directly with software engineers and other teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work to deadlines and under pressure.
  • Good in presentation, reporting & time management skills.
  • Good in English communication skills (verbal and written).
