The Assistant Manager, Retail is responsible for providing leasing and marketing expertise as well as leasing support to the Casino retail operations and overall retail outlets management. Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, increase profitability and marketing programs that will increase sales and grow the existing customer base. Maintain high store standards and conditions and foster a positive environment.

Ÿ Able to source for retail partnership on leasing or franchising

Ÿ To develop retail operations and concepts for ideas.

Ÿ Actively develop trade shows, fairs and festival for tenant leads.

Ÿ Meet and or exceed projected income budget.

Ÿ Monitor temporary tenant activities and resolves problems in conjunction with the AD, Retail.

Ÿ Monitor and ensures visual merchandising requirements and standards are met.

Ÿ Evaluate retail mix to determine potential temporary tenant uses.

Ÿ Negotiate rents and terms with temporary tenants in accordance with company guidelines.

Ÿ Develop relationships with temporary tenants to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Ÿ Monitor fixture inventory and permanent tenant exclusives and kiosk restrictions.

Ÿ Oversee and monitors temporary tenant payments and sales reports.

Ÿ Interact with local government to ensure compliance to all ordinances and regulations.

Ÿ Negotiate, generate and enforce provisions of the license agreement.

Ÿ Determine marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating, financial statements and retail revenue reports.

工作要求

Ÿ Minimum 5-7 years experiences as a Leasing Representative or Leasing Assistant Manager

Ÿ Minimum 2-3 years of management or supervisory experience.

Ÿ Knowledgeable of the local rental market and compliant with all Laws.

Ÿ Knowledgeable of the International and Local retail brands in Vietnam.

Ÿ Experience in the process of implementing new retail concepts in a hotel/resort/shopping mall environment.

Ÿ Demonstrate strong selling skills by ability to prospect and qualify leads, identify customer needs, translate features to benefits, deliver effective demos, negotiate and close sales.

Ÿ Demonstrate leadership using diplomatic skills during difficult situations with employees, tenants, brokers or staff/management.

Ÿ Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.

Ÿ University degree in Hospitality/Retail Management

Ÿ Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin or Korean is an advantage.
