Yearly planning:

  • Propose integrated marketing plan including activity based on product campaign launch (Online, offline, AC Builder, flash sales, partnership…)

Nationwide campaign planning:

  • Align with Ops & product for activity (mechanic, investment, execution) and brand (Key message in store)
  • Get approval for ROI calculation from finance
  • Conduct performance MKT planning with agency
  • Work with Product, Demand planning for S&OP forecasting (monthly, bi-monthly tracking)
  • Budget control
  • Drive staff advocacy program

Nationwide campaign execution:

  • Work closely with LSM team to execute nationwide promotion
  • Lead communication with Ops / LSM team / Product during campaign period
  • Follow up with Performance MKT and media agency
  • Work with Product, Demand planning for forecasting review bi-monthly

People management:

  • Provide guidance, coaching and support for Activation team

工作要求

Experience:

  • Min 2 years of experience in similar role
  • Experience in promoting / selling
  • Experience in retail desirable
  • Experience in planning, presenting
  • Basic knowledge of digital & performance marketing
  • Manage team

Knowledge of:

  • Project management
  • Creative development
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing
  • Coordination of multiple projects

Skills (Ability to):

  • React with speed (and sound judgment)
  • Analyze effectiveness of budget spend versus results
  • Deliver projects on time
  • Build solid relationships internally and externally
  • Operate as individual and in team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in Vietnamese and English
