UrBox has the widest network of clients in loyalty in Vietnam and provide loyalty & reward solutions to many big organizations in the aviation, banking, FMCG, Insurance, Real Estate industries and more.

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our marketing efforts. The promotion of products and services through marketing channels is a complex procedure, so the ideal candidate must have a passion for all things marketing and technology.

You should be well-versed in digital marketing, content marketing and offline marketing. You should be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas and execution capabilities to reinforce our marketing efforts.

Scope of work

  • Search, engage and expand merchant base
  • Negotiate contracts with Merchants
  • Ensure smooth Merchant-onboarding processes by collaborating with other teams at UrBox
  • Assess partnerships and propose partnership-enhancing strategies
  • Build strong relationships at all levels within the organization from technical stakeholders to senior executives;
  • Monitor and analyze metrics in order to recommend optimizations to improve performance and revenues;
  • Complete other tasks assigned by Manager

工作要求

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 2 years of related experience
  • Previous experience in Business Development and/or Marketing is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent English skills
  • Willingness to travel nationally
  • A persistent, positive attitude to problem-solving and a proactive approach to tasks
  • Ability to build excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Function well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment where constant change is the norm and the bar for quality is set high
  • Detail-orientation with superb organizational skills and strong follow-through
  • Great ability to prioritize and manage schedules
  • Treats people with respect; keeps commitments; inspires the trust of others; works ethically and with integrity; upholds organizational values
