职位描述

Acquire new customers and monitor to achieve sales plan.
Prepare service level agreement and offer logistics service solutions to customers, sales contract, credit line.
Coordinate with Operation team, LPC, carrier team and accounting team to provide services in accordance with the service level agreement or standard process and achieve customer satisfaction.
Maintain and visit existing customers to achieve revenue plan as well as acquiring new opportunities/customers to serve logistics service solutions.
Acquire customers requirements and design logistics solution with carrier management team and operation team. Then offer logistics service solution to the customers.
Monitoring and collecting payment from customers as the committed credit term.
Reporting Sales Progress/Result/Plan, customer satisfaction/feedback, market situation to Sales Manager and Management Team.
Supporting for other Jobs and new project that is assigned by Sales Manager and Management

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics / Sales & Marketing or related field
Have at least 1-year experience in Logistics, Sales & Marketing, or related field
Computer skills: good command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Systematic mindset to work on system
Logical thinking in problem solving
Strong presentation and interpersonal skill, willing to work as a team.
Good human relationship with the fresh and active criteria
Good communication and collaboration in English
Be able for business trip
