Jobbeschreibung

  • Must be prepared to initiate and lead all projects related to coating (flour, chocolate, starch, dry ingredient, syrup, liquid) through creation of product recipe and specification; be ready to conduct sensory evaluation of new prototypes to meet customer needs and requirements.
  • All the prototype samples must have been checked for regulation and commercial scale ability
  • Guide R&D staff to meet customer specification, to make customer sample, to read customer request, to create product recipe and specification, send sample and specification to customer, record information, arrange customer’s sample.
  • Report the progress of R&D Dept. to make sure samples sent/submitted timely, met customer’s requirements, transfer recipe/specification/technical requirements to other relevant departments, sharing new development information to team (legal, technical know-how, special requirements…).
  • Develop new products, conduct trial, manage new product, development projects and analyze the trial results.
  • Improve Existing Products and Processes: Refers to developing value-added products and processes by providing input into innovative uses for excess raw materials and by-products.

Stellenanforderung

  • Degree in Food Technology/ Food Engineering/ Food Science
  • At least 5 years with experience& strong background in Food Products Research & Development insnacking &/or confectionery
  • Experience in new product development projects esp. in fast paced environment, especially commercialization and process improvement
  • Be familiar with ISO 9001, HACCP, BRC, Halal, Kosher and supplier audit.
  • University graduate or higher.
  • Fluent and can write good report in English.
  • Passionate in food science
  • Comfortable with technical and machinery parts
  • Hard-working and Good in time-management
  • Learning mindset and Team-spirit
  • Supportive and Collaborative in cross-working with other teams and departments
  • Logical and creative
