International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a global well-known chemical and ingredients distributor. As the business keeps developing, our client is seeking a talent with at least 3 years’ experience in Sales of specialty chemicals to the Plastics industry for Account Manager position. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Job Summary:

As an Account Manager, you will work closely with the Division Manager to develop the business and achieve the sales goals for Plastic & Packaging segment.

Job Responsibilities:

· Achieve the sales target.

· Build and maintain strong relationship with existing and prospect clients.

· Visits customer to drive sales pitch and build the strong engagement.

· Pro-actively innovate and respond to market needs.

· Develop and implement marketing strategies.

· Support customers with product’s information and technical issues.

· Conduct market intelligence.

· Control sales budget, stock & product portfolios.

Exigences de l’emploi

· Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry or Chemical Engineering

· At least 3 years of working experience in sales of the plastic and plastic additives industry, especially additives in the plastic compound array or additives in the packaging array.

· Fluency in English

· Confident in leading technical discussions and be problem-solvers.

· Strong communication skills, presentation skills, interpersonal and networking skills

· Motivated and energetic personality, can-do attitude

· Independence and can work with minimum supervision
