Company Profile:

International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a big Cyber Security company. Our client is seeking for an Account Manager who has strong experience in IT industry.

Job Summary:

You will be taking care of key accounts as well as develop more new clients for the company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of programs/plans to identify target customers and gather customer information.
  • Plan sales activities based on customer needs to initiate contact, evaluate detailed requirements, and identify sales opportunities.
  • Engage with potential customers, collaborate with the technical department to clarify customer needs, develop comprehensive solutions, and provide quotations.
  • Participate in bidding processes and negotiate contract agreements with customers upon winning bids.
  • Maintain and nurture customer relationships.

Exigences de l’emploi

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the IT industry, with an extensive network of partners and customers.
  • Basic understanding of IT products, knowledge of Cyber Security products is a plus.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills, ability to present ideas clearly and coherently.
