Job purpose:

Reporting to the Marketing Service Manager, the Account Support Executive is accountable for:

  • Help grow our company by supporting & caring existing clients for their marketing service requrirement
  • Ensure high quality of Marketing service delivery, Solution & Implementation

Responsibilities or “what you have to do”:

  • Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.
  • Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial, positive & trust relationships with Cleints’ contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
  • Contact Clients, uncover the needs, deliver the best solutions that help customers solve their marketing needs
  • Handling complaints and negotiations.
  • Timely management of large amounts of inbound and outbound calls regarding marketing services
  • Provide solutions and/or alternatives based on customers needs, clarifies information, and research each issue
  • Create and manage social media profiles for the client, including Facebook, Google, and Instagram
  • Collaboration with other departments in the development of marketing promotions (SMS, email, and social media)
  • Ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels, materials provided to Clients
  • Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement

Exigences de l’emploi

Required qualification:

  • Level of Education/Academic Qualification
  • College’s or Bachelor’s Degree or equivakent in Marketing, Communications, Digital technology, business administration or related field.
  • Relevant Work Experience
  • Minimum 1-year experience in the same position
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing
  • Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • A strong sense of ownership work, organizational and project management
  • Proactive, results-driven, trustworthy, and willing to go an extra mile
  • Other Competencies/Abilities/Skills Required
  • The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for marketing service opportunities.
  • Computer skills, especially MS Office and CRM software.
  • Strong time management skills
  • A can-do attitude and strong team spirit, service spirit and spirit of progress
  • Collaboration
  • Being customer-centric
  • Good written and verbal English
  • Ability to work in flexible working hours including night time, weekends or public holidays
